Apartment Specification.

• Sound Insulation.

Each apartment has had an independent acoustic design commissioned by Nanson Brothers to achieve an acceptable standard of sound insulation as required by Approved Document E (ADE) 2003. Upon completion the apartments will be independently sound tested.

• Built in Technology, Multi room audio system.

• Kitchens.

Each kitchen is a bespoke hand built kitchen by Not Just Kitchens. You will have a choice of 4 doors and work tops. The appliances are fitted as standard i.e. single oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fully integrated washer dryer, and dishwasher and fridge freezer.
There are a number of sale extras you can purchase such as waste disposal unit, internal storage solutions in chrome please ask for details.

• Heating.

Your new apartment is heated by AHT under floor heating system which radiates a comfortable, even warmth over all the floor area. It is clean, efficient and non-polluting, in line with AHT’s commitment to provide environmentally friendly products. The heat level is maintained quietly and safely without any noisy fans or blowers and each room has its own fully programmable thermostat.

• Bathroom / En-suite

Your bathroom and en-suite are fully fitted with a white suite. The walls are partly tiled in white wall tiles; you will have a choice of 4 pattern wall tiles. The floor is tiled as standard and you will have a choice of floor tiles. If you require the bathroom or en-suite to be fully tiled this can be arranged.

• Floor coverings.

The bedrooms and lounge will be fitted with a 30oz weight Whittington Twist carpet as standard with a wide range of colour choice. You can upgrade your carpets to a 40oz, 50oz or a 60oz weight just asks for details and prices. Also available is a Polyflor Camaro floor covering see show apartment for details. The Kitchen floor comes fully tiled as standard with a choice of floor tiles samples in show apartment.
